About Me

My name is Adrienne McLeod~

I am Canadian born, for those of you needing clarification. I was raised in Minnesota, The Land of 10,000 Lakes,  Multiple Musical Geniuses, Lake Wobegon, and really really cold winters. I love “A Prairie Home Companion“, especially the News From Lake Wobegon and Garrison Keillor.  In my opinion, no one can tell a story like he can! Except perhaps my husband who can tell you a story about just about anything.

I reside in Ontario, Canada with my husband and 4 beautiful children, 1 bird, 1 cat and 3 dogs and 3 horses. I find my inspirations in many places and generally I don’t  have to look too far.  Ontario has its own type of winters, different but no less interesting than Minnesota.  I have many hobbies and enjoy all of them as often as possible.  I love spending time in nature, playing the piano, knitting, hunting, and equestrian sports.

I am a firm believer that our time here on earth is meant to be happy and joyful.  That even in very hard times there are silver linings to look at and appreciate. I believe that gratitude is one of the most important things in life.
